My name is Catherine. I am a Mormon stay-at-home mom of three girls who lives in Florida. I love to cook, run, and eat good food. I’ve come to believe that good-for-you food is necessary for an active and healthy life, and it can also taste GREAT! I also have a baby with MSPI, so since she was born I’ve been on a mission to find dairy- and soy-free (and often other allergen-free) foods that are delicious for everyone, because dietary restrictions shouldn’t mean flavor restrictions.
Make Myself at Home is me sharing some of my adventures being a mom, as well as the kid-friendly recipes, crafts, activities and other ideas that I have come up with. My style has evolved over the years I’ve kept this blog off and on, so hopefully there’s something here everyone can enjoy.
